Purpose

The Site exists to publish a personal log of automated Japanese equity trading by the operator. The Site does not provide investment advice, run discretionary management, or sell financial products of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, charts, data, etc.) is the copyrighted property of the operator. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or republication beyond fair-use citation is prohibited.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited when using the Site.

• Scraping or automated access that imposes excessive load on the servers
• Unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning, or cyber attacks
• Any act that interferes with the operation of the Site
• Any act that infringes the rights of other users or third parties
• Any act contrary to public order and morals

Disclaimer of Warranty

The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the content of the Site without prior notice. The operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from use of the Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's place of residence.
